What are your store hours?

Our bakery is open Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 6pm. We are closed on Sunday & Monday.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept cash and credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). We do not accept checks. Phone orders will require credit card processing. Full payment is required when an order is placed. Presently, we are not accepting online orders aside from major holidays. However, it may become an option in the future.


Are whole pies and cakes readily available?

At our store we sell our products freshly prepared by the slice or single serving. We do not have whole items available on demand. To ensure your desired item is available in the quantity you'd like, we recommend placing your whole item orders three or more weeks in advance.

*We may become fully booked several weeks in advance of major holidays.


How far in advance must I place my order?

To maintain our high standards of quality and ensure availability, we recommend placing whole item orders three or more weeks in advance of when you plan to serve the item. If you have a large order, please stop by or call so we can discuss how to best help you with the products that you will need for your event. Major holidays will have a limited selection of bakery items for ordering and are taken online through our website. This information will be posted several weeks prior to the holiday on our website and social media. We have a small facility and may reach full capacity quickly, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted if all order slots have already been booked. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Full payment must be received or processed at time of order. Orders must be picked up.

*Orders can only be made in person or over the phone during our business hours. Email orders or requests are not accepted.


What happens if I cancel my order?

There will be a minimum 20% processing charge on credit card cancellations. Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will not be refunded for any kind of prior payment.


What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?

We will hold your order through the second business day from the original scheduled time of pick-up. After that time the item(s) will be discarded. Guaranteed freshness is the cornerstone of our business. Therefore, we regret that we cannot grant refunds on orders not picked up in the allotted time.


What is your return policy?

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on our bakery products. However, if there is a problem and/or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your pick-up, so that we can discuss your concerns.


Do you offer delivery service?

Not at this time. All orders must be picked up. Please also note that we do not collaborate with or participate in any food delivery services (Uber Eats, Doordash, etc.).


Where can I find the nutritional information for your bakery products?

We use the finest ingredients in our baked goods, including ground and tree nuts, eggs, milk and other dairy, soy and wheat. Some products from manufacturers and suppliers may have also come into contact with shellfish. We'd also like to note that we do not offer gluten-free or sugar-free products at this time. Currently, there is no recorded nutritional analysis available. If you do suffer from food allergies, we recommend not consuming our baked goods.


Do you make wedding cakes?

Currently, we do not make "traditional" wedding cakes. We have alternatives that may be suitable for your occasion and that will certainly satisfy your guests. Couples may opt for individualized cupcakes, layer cakes or even pies. Call or come in to discuss how we can help make your celebration an unforgettable one. 


What decorations do you offer on cakes?

We offer buttercream decorations such as stripes, shells, swirls, drop flowers, and dots. Because we use real butter in our frosting, cakes may not be able to hold extremely elaborate decorations. Please keep in mind that some cakes, because of the way they are made, will not be able to have inscriptions. Call to discuss. There may be accommodations that can be made.


How should I store my purchased bakery goods?

Plan your activities so that when you pick up your baked goods they will reach their destination in a short amount of time. Hot vehicle interiors and hot weather are not baked-good friendly. Products that contain cream cheese in the icing, cold pies, and desserts need to be stored in the refrigerator. Before serving, set out at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Baked pies and non-refrigerated cakes may be covered with a dome and left out at room temperature. Refrigeration of some non-refrigerated goods may compromise their texture, taste and overall quality. We do not suggest freezing our baked goods. For maximum flavor and enjoyment, please consume bakery goods within 3 days from original scheduled pickup.
